Who we are

Tim's Garden Centre is a family-run nursery at 2 Queen St, Campbelltown NSW 2560. If you need to reach us about anything in this policy, email office@timsgardencentre.com.au.

What information we collect

When you sign up for the Garden Club through the form on our website, we collect the following details:

• Name
• Email address
• Postal address
• Suburb
• Postcode
• State
• Telephone number

We only collect this information when you choose to give it to us by submitting the form.

How we use your information

We use the details you provide to add you to the Tim's Garden Centre Garden Club mailing list, and to send you our gardening newsletter and occasional updates about what's growing and what's arriving at the nursery. Newsletters are sent through Mailchimp. When you submit the form, a notification is also sent to our office inbox at office@timsgardencentre.com.au so we know you've joined.

Third party services

We use a small number of trusted third party services to run the website and the Garden Club:

• Mailchimp — our email marketing platform stores your Garden Club details and sends our newsletters. Read the Mailchimp privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-S6PWZ4XWD2) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The data is anonymous and aggregated. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Facebook / Meta — we embed our Facebook feed on the website via Elfsight. Any interaction with that feed is subject to the Facebook / Meta privacy policy.
• Sanity CMS — we use Sanity to manage articles and site content. No visitor data is stored in Sanity.

Data storage

Garden Club details are stored securely on Mailchimp's servers. We do not run our own customer database. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone outside the services listed above.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email we send you. You can also ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing office@timsgardencentre.com.au. We'll action the request promptly.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to track anonymous usage data. These cookies don't identify you personally. Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies in your settings if you'd rather not have them.
